Introduction
The concept of quality is one of the important branches of modern management sciences, with its origins dating back to post-World War II, specifically in Japan, where quality principles were applied to industry, leading to significant developmental transformation. This was followed by the United States in the 1950s, and then the concept began to infiltrate all professions and life activities worldwide, including education.

The philosophy of Total Quality Management (TQM) is a modern management philosophy based on several well-thought-out modern management concepts, combining management principles, innovative ideas, and specialized technical skills to improve performance and achieve continuous improvement and development.

With strong competition to improve performance, efficiency, and effectiveness in today's world, many governmental and non-governmental organizations are restructuring their systems and procedures to provide their products and services with the highest quality and lowest costs in order to respond quickly and reliably to the needs of customers and beneficiaries inside and outside the organization.

It is worth noting that successful implementation of the supply chain and logistics management system is achieved when the system assists organizations in achieving their goals. One of the most important goals of the supply chain system is to achieve beneficiary satisfaction by providing their needs in terms of price, type, quantity, and timing.
